Set up once. Entertain all season.

Give guests of every age something to do without your team being on call. GPS hunts, quiz challenges and QR missions across your park, ready to play whenever they are.

Why campings pick HuntHopper

Entertainment all day, every day

Keeps kids and adults busy from rainy mornings to long summer evenings, without anyone from your team having to step in.

One setup, full season

Build your challenges once and let HuntHopper handle the rest. Swap a question or move a location in seconds whenever you want.

Turn it into a contest

Want a competitive twist? Schedule a round in your hunt where guests battle for the most points in an hour. Or a day, or a week, you pick the cadence. Plan a string of rounds for the whole season, or just start one when you feel like it.

Discover the park and the area

Guide guests to nature spots, local stories and corners of your park they would otherwise miss. Educational, surprising and grounded in your surroundings.

Challenge types built for camping life

Mix the formats that fit your park. GPS, quiz and QR tend to work best for campings, with photo and video as creative extras when you want them.

GPS challenges

Send guests to the playground, the pond, the watchtower or your hidden picnic spot. A challenge only unlocks once they arrive, so kids actually get out and explore.

Quiz questions

Trivia about your park, local history, nature or wildlife. Educational without feeling like a lesson, and a great way to share what makes your area special.

QR code missions

Hide QR codes around the park and let guests race to find them all. Print once, place around the park, replay every season. Combine with the speed bonus for a real contest.

Photo missions

Add creative photo tasks for family fun. Less popular for daily play because they need a quick check, but great for one-off events or kids' activities.

From a quiet rainy day to peak season

HuntHopper fits whatever your park needs, from a self-running activity for guests to a structured contest on your own schedule.

Self-running entertainment

Guests join with a QR code at reception. The hunt runs in the background all day, without your animation team having to host anything.

Add a contest layer

Run a competitive round on top of your hunt: most points in an hour, fastest finish on Sunday, you decide. Announce the winner at the bar at the end, and plan the next round whenever you want.

Family activities & rainy day fun

Quiz challenges and QR hunts give kids something to do when the weather drops. Indoor or outdoor, no animation team required.

Tools that keep the work off your plate

Everything is built so you set up the hunt once and the platform handles the rest.

Make it yours

Pick the spots, write the questions, place the QR codes. The editor stays out of your way so you can focus on the creative part. Tweaking a question or moving a pin mid-season takes seconds.

Speed bonus (optional)

Want a speed element? Give starting teams a points multiplier that gradually decays. The faster they play, the more bonus points they keep. Or leave it off and let guests just play. Pair it with a contest round for a real competition.

Common questions from camping owners

How much work is it to set up? +
Designing a hunt for your park is the fun part: you pick the spots, write the questions and shape the route. The technical side stays out of your way - drop a pin on a map, type a question, place a QR code somewhere on your park. Most parks have their first hunt ready in an afternoon, and tweaking it later takes minutes.
Do guests need to download an app? +
HuntHopper has a native app on the App Store and Google Play, which gives the smoothest experience for GPS and notifications. Guests who prefer not to install anything can play in the mobile browser instead.
How do contests work? +
Your hunt and your contests are separate things. To run one, you schedule a round - say 'most points in an hour' - and the leaderboard resets at the start. Plan a whole batch of rounds ahead of the season, or just start one when you feel like it. Build a few hunt variants if you want returning guests to find something new.
Can I update or change challenges mid-season? +
Yes. Edit a question, swap a GPS point or add a new challenge from the dashboard at any time. Changes show up for guests instantly.
