Data Deletion Request
You can request the deletion of your HuntHopper account and all data associated with it at any time.
How to submit a request
Fill in the form below with the name and email address linked to your HuntHopper account. In the message field, state that you want your account deleted. We will process your request within 72 hours.
You can also send your request directly to info@hunthopper.com.
What will be deleted
- Your user account or guest account
- All submissions you have made (photos, videos, quiz answers, GPS check-ins)
- All media files you have uploaded
- Your profile information and activity history
What may be retained
Anonymised aggregated statistics (such as total number of participants in a session) may be retained as they cannot be traced back to an individual. Where required by law, transaction records may be kept for a legally mandated period.
