Welcome to Hunthopper. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Hunthopper platform, website, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By using Hunthopper, you agree to these Terms.

1. Definitions

• "Hunthopper", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the platform.
• "User" refers to any person using the Service.
• "Creator" refers to a User who creates and publishes an Experience using the Service.
• "Experience" refers to any game, activity, or content created and published on the platform.
• "Session" refers to a specific instance of participating in an Experience.

2. Nature of the Service

Hunthopper provides a platform that allows Users to create, publish, and manage real-world and digital experiences.

Hunthopper does not organize, control, or guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of any Experience created by Users.

3. User Responsibilities

By using Hunthopper, you agree that:

• You are responsible for your own safety and actions while participating in any Experience.
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• You will not trespass, enter restricted areas, or engage in unsafe or harmful behavior.
• You use the Service entirely at your own risk.

Hunthopper is not responsible for any injury, damage, loss, or incident resulting from participation in any Experience.

4. Creator Responsibilities

If you create or publish an Experience, you agree that:

• You are solely responsible for the content you create.
• Your Experience must not encourage illegal, dangerous, or harmful behavior.
• You will provide accurate and clear instructions to participants.
• You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, permits, and regulations.

Hunthopper reserves the right to remove or disable any Experience at its sole discretion, without prior notice.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Hunthopper provides access to tools for creating and managing Experiences.

• Users may be required to pay for access to certain features of the platform, such as creating or publishing Experiences.
• All payments are made to Hunthopper, not to other Users or Creators.
• Hunthopper does not facilitate or process payments between Users.

Payments are processed via third-party providers, including Stripe. By making a payment, you also agree to the terms and conditions of the relevant payment provider.

Hunthopper reserves the right to change its pricing at any time. Any price changes will be communicated in advance where required by law.

6. Refund Policy

If a User is dissatisfied, they may request a refund within the legally required period applicable in their jurisdiction.

Refunds are granted at the discretion of Hunthopper, unless mandatory consumer laws require otherwise. Refunds will never exceed the amount paid by the User for the relevant Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Hunthopper shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Hunthopper's total liability shall never exceed the total amount paid by the User to Hunthopper.
• Hunthopper is not liable for any actions, omissions, or content of Users.

8. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". Hunthopper makes no warranties regarding availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Intellectual Property

• Creators retain ownership of their content.
• By publishing content, you grant Hunthopper a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote your content on the platform and for marketing purposes.

10. Termination

Hunthopper may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at its sole discretion.

11. Changes to the Service

Hunthopper may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without liability.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands.

15. External Transactions

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
